An Alpha Female
Alpha Female (NPO) provides opportunities for young women of colour to study, be mentored by industry leaders, build community and ultimately become confident leaders and pioneers who can make a positive impact on their communities and beyond.
We host events, seminars, one on one mentorship sessions and host our podcast The Alpha Female Podcast.
Through our platforms we showcase successful women of colour in various industries, have heterodox meaningful conversations and address issues pertaining to women of colour which provides them with insights and perspectives that are pivotal for success as a well rounded person
